- Create a page
When you create a website, the first page is created automatically. To add a second page, put an icon on the scene - i.e. drop a media and check its property "is icon?", and click on it to open the new page.

- Layer concept in SILEX :
. Pages are made of layers which contain media. The number of layers in a page, the way these layers appear and disappear and the Z order of the layers is defined in the page layouts. These page layouts are located in the directory silex_server/layout. For example, the minimal layout is the file silex_server/layout/minimal.swf, it contains 1 layer called "fade" wich appears and disapear with fade-in and fade-out.
. Layers properies: list of the available fonts, preload animations of the media, movie clip used as a shadow, scrollbar design, ... - these properties are defined in layer layouts. These layer layouts are located in the folders silex_server/fp7/ui/, silex_server/fp8/ui/ and silex_server/fp9/ui/
=> layouts included in SILEX distribution
=> change the layout of the first page of a website
- How to open the pages
. The currently displayed pages are listed in the layer-page toolbox, one line for each layer of each page.
- edit a layer layout
. When you open a child page, the parent stay open.
Example: Lets concidere a page A, the parent page. In A there is an icon which leads to B, the child page.
When I click on the icon, it opens B. A's content stays visible on the scene - the icon for example, and also stays in the layer-page toolbox which now contains
A
B
In the address bar (deeplingking) we have http://mon_nom_de_domaine.com/A/B
